Archi Class - Outdoor Sketching - tomorrow - 13 Dec 2009, @ Global Pagoda near Esselworld. From Borivali station ask where u get auto rickshaws for BORIVALI GORAI JETTY - it's share-an-auto Rs 6/- & takes ~ 10-15 mins to reach BORIVALI GORAI JETTY . Meet at the ticket counter and buy ur ticket (Rs 35/- valid for bothways to & fro). Then u sit in the ferry / boat and cross the waters (~ 20 mins) to the other side - i.e. reach Global Pagoda. It is adjacent to Esselworld - both are on the same path; Global Pagoda is to left and Esselworld is to right. Please bring along ur sketching material, cap, goggles / sun-glasses, camera (if u hv one), water, food (here is a canteen so u may not bring food).Please wear full length clothes to maintain decorum, since it's a meditation centre. The timing to meet at the Jetty will be 9am for the morning batch and 3.30pm for the evening batch. So we will be sketching from 10am-12 and 4 -6pm.

Admission to the 2 Vacation Batches of Architecture Entrance Exams - NATA, MAH-AR-CET, AIEEE - for students eligible to appear in 2010 and 2011 (i.e. those who r currently studying in 11th and 12th std) is open and filling up fast on 1st come 1st served basis. If u r serious @ enrolling pls do so at the earliest as there r limited seats of 15 students per batch & there r only 2 batches (thus max total intake is 30). The 2 batches r 8-10 am and 6.30-8.30 pm on all days. There are 2 Batches running: morning batch: 10 am - 12 noon evening batch: 5 pm - 7 pm New students can still join any batch. The training prepares u 4 NATA, MAH-AR-CET & AIEEE Admissions open for vacation batches too !

The date for NMIMS-BSSA (Balwant Sheth School of Architecture) application form & registration has been revised ... the last day u can give ur NATA till 22 June * 22 June - last date for giving NATA (ONLY FOR THOSE WHO WANT IN BSSA !) 27 June - last date for Registering ur Admission to BSSA 4 July - Merit list will be displayed on www.nmims.edu 8 July - admission (pay fees and secure admission) 12 July - BSSA course starts - 1st day of ur college - (BSSA only !) * Disclaimer: Pls be in touch with BSSA for the latest changes in dates etc.

Suggested Order of Preference for Pvt. Colleges while filling in NATA admission form * 1. KRVI 2. Rizvi 3. LSR 4. Hiray 5. IES 6. Pillai's If u want to change the options in ur admission form (for wotever reason), then pls move the list up in this order, do not just swap the colleges ... thus let the ranking of the colleges remain intact (for eg ur new list on ur form cud read: KRVI-LSR-Hiray-IES-Rizvi-Pillai's) Suggested Order of Preference for Govt. colleges thru MAH-AR-CET * 1.
